Avocado smoothie recipe is a very refreshing drink, so creamy, delicious and packed with great health benefits. Great for breakfast on-the-go and a quick snack.
Ingredients:
1 medium ripe Hass avocado, pitted
1 cup milk
¾ cup condensed milk
1 cup crushed ice
Chia seeds, for garnishing
Directions:

Combine the avocado, milk, condensed milk & crushed ice in a blender, blend until creamy and smooth.

If too thick, you can add more milk to thin it out. If too thin, you can add more avocado.
