This is one of my go-to snacks!

Very very easy to prepare with lots of nutrients you won’t regret.

I remember when I was pregnant with Mason, this is one of the snacks I made a lot. In 5 minutes or less, i already have a yummy snack. It is also good with my morning sickness and appetite as I have to eat every 2-3 hours. ^_*.

The peanut butter is packed with lots of protein and a good amount of carbohydrates and fats. Pure peanut butter is very low in carbs that makes it really good for a low-carbs diet and people with Type 2 diabetes.

Banana on the other hand is very healthy and delicious fruit. People eat banana mainly for a source of potassium but it sure is also a good source of fiber, as well as several antioxidants.

Though the sweetness from the banana is enough for me. You can also drizzle a light amount of honey, maple or agave syrup on top and it will make this toast a little over the top.

Here’s how to make Peanut Butter Banana Toast.
