Nothing beats this baked chicken wings with Italian Dressing recipe. It is very easy and quick to make with lots of full yummy goodness in every bite. A perfect recipe for a busy mom like me.
The ingredients of this baked chicken wings recipe are very simple, actually the star ingredient on this dish, aside from the chicken, of course, is the Italian Dressing, that gives and boost flavor to this dish.
And as a busy mom like me, this recipe is perfect because there’s really nothing much that you have to do but to put it in the oven and wait for it to cook.
MARINATING THE CHICKEN
You simply need to combine all the ingredients, let them marinate for a few hours, put it in the oven, set the timer and voila! Your chicken wings are ready to be ambushed.
Actually, this recipe is my husband’s idea. Talking about easy and quick meals, my husband is a big fan! I told him I will be making chicken wings, one Sunday. He suggested to marinate the chicken wings with Italian dressing and then bake. Hmm.. not a bad idea at all! So here we are indulging this good, delicious meal one Sunday afternoon.
The longer you marinate the chicken wings, the better flavor it will make. I suggest you marinate the chicken for at least 8 hours or overnight, but if you are a busy person like and need it to be ready ASAP, an hour of marinating should be enough.
BAKING THE CHICKEN
After a few hours of marinating the chicken wings, lay them into the baking sheet with aluminum foil. Try not to overcrowd and overlap the chicken wings, to make sure the chicken wings get cooked evenly.
You can also brush some of the marinade sauce onto the chicken wings in between baking.
I am excited to know what you think of this recipe, by using Italian dressing as marinade. Have you used Italian dressing for marinating before? Kindly share in the comment section below.
